Teachers / Tutors:  Teachers and tutors will have students’ private information.
Teachers are NOT employees of TL, they are Collaborators who will works for TL.
Teachers will sign a Letter of Engagement with related terms and conditions to ensure your information stays protected.

Hosting / Programmer: www.tomatolearning.com is hosted by Host.it, which has it’s servers in Italy. We’ve closed a Data Processing Agreement with Webinbolo. Webinbolo also provides help in building/ improving the website.

Accounting: Data about purchases on this website is processed by our accountant Bridges Executive Centre Limited.

 

Changes to this privacy policy

Company has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

Users may find advertising or other content on our Site that link to the sites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. We acknowledge the privacy of Children and we encourage parents and others in charge of the children to play an active role in the online activities and interests of Children. Children younger than 13 years, or 16 years in case the children are inside the European Union, can not use or try to use our services. In case we find out that the personal information of a child was collected, we will delete this information. Parents who find out that this website has collected information about a child can send a request to info@tomatolearning.com to delete this information.

To access your data stored in the the mailing list: click the link in the footer of the e-mail newsletter to access your data information/settings

To unsubscribe from the newsletter: click the ‘unsubscribe link’ in the footer of every email newsletter.

Delete your account

To fully delete your account and lose access to TL, fill out the form below.
This is to guarantee fully cancellation, according to the terms of the law on privacy policy.
Please note that once this is done, it can NOT be undone. You will lose all previous purchases, and they can not be retrieved.

Once you complete this form, please allow for 3-5 business days for our team to fully remove your account in our CMS and in our platform.
